Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Michael Collins of Red Wing, Minnesota, born in River Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 85, on June 5, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy "Bud" Collins and Lucille Collins (Evans); his wife Karen Gabus; his daughter Amy Collins; and his son-in-law Michael Christianson.
He is survived by: his children, Pat Collins (Cheryl) of Prior Lake and Meg Christianson of Woodbury; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Brandon Collins, Marit and Mack Christianson; and his siblings, Kathy Collins of West Fargo, Kay Weisgram (Joel) of West Fargo, Mary Beth Bjurquist (Mike) of Prescott and Danny Collins (Linda) of Stillwater. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Red Wing School Foundation or United Lutheran Church.
