He was predeceased by: his father Myron Whipple; his brother Mark Whipple; his nephew Dillon Liebswager; and his parents-in-law, Ed and Eleanor Bath.
He is survived by: his mother Ruth Whipple (Hamilton); his former wife Candace Bath; his wife Candy; his daughters, Jessica (Justin Dougherty), Melinda (John Swan) and Samantha (Zac Miller); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jacob, Justin Jr., Jackson, Emma Ellie, Eden, Brayden, Aviana and Adaleah; and his siblings, Lori Whipple, Mona Liebswager (Doug), Jay Whipple and Mike Whipple (Nicole). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
