She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hlavaty and Josephine Hlavaty (Stasney); her husband Bill Thomas; her son John Thomas; and her siblings, Rosalie Dlouhy, Calvin and John Hlavaty.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Thomas of Red Wing and Brian Thomas (Karen) of Belvidere, Illinois; and her grandchildren, David Ewart, William Ewart, Anna Ewart, Kevin Thomas and Laura Schall (Daniel).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Book of Golden Memories at First Presbyterian Church.
