Lyda Mandler Obituary
The memory of Lyda Mandler (Red Wing, Minnesota), who passed away on February 27, 2025 at the age of 95, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Kramer and Agnes Kramer; her siblings, Leone Ulwelling (Paul), Harold and Gerald Kramer; and her grandchild Will Mandler.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Mandler; her children, Mary Plein (Dan) of Red Wing, John Mandler (Kris) of Minneapolis, Susan (Douglas) of Lolo, Montana, James Mandler of Hopkins and Jason Mandler (Erica) of El Segundo; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Kramer of Rochester, Elaine Kramer of Adams and Dorothy Mandler of Waunakee, Wisconsin.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of St. Joseph (435 W 7th St, Red Wing, MN 55066). A Mass will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Calvary Cemetery - Austin (2403 4th Dr SW, Austin, MN 55912).
Memorials are preferred to Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life or donations for future Masses said in memory of Lyda.
