She was predeceased by: her parents, Konard Wold and Signe Wold; her siblings, Marylin Kaercher (Don), Allan Wold (Beverly) and Harriet Matchen (George); and her son-in-law Arne Sorenson.

She is survived by: her husband Paul Christenson; her grandson Steven Christenson (Neige); her children, Hans, Laban, Astri (Tim O'toole), Esther, Isaac, Lars (Sophie), Bryn, Noah and Solveig; and her sister Sonja Salveson (Warren).
