It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Frederick Pruter of Red Wing, Minnesota, who passed away on May 26, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Pruter and Viola Pruter (Fick); his wife Lois Ingeman; his son Donald; and his sister Betty Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Hokanson (Mitchell) of Red Wing, Wayne (Dawn) of Red Wing and Wendy Langdon (John) of Hudson, Wisconsin; his daughter-in-law Diane of Apple Valley; his grandchildren, Joshua Hokanson (Julia), Linsey Uphoff (Ben), Megan Dorr (Eric), Kyle Pruter (Jenna), John Ross Langdon (Katherine), Jay Langdon (Kailey) and Allyssa Johnson (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Henry Uphoff, Theo Uphoff, Francesca Uphoff, Ryder Hokanson, Carsyn Johnson, Kylee Johnson, John Michael Langdon, Jalen Langdon, Mila Langdon, Neva Langdon, Jett Langdon, Max Dorr and Macy Dorr; and his brothers, Earl Pruter of Rosemount and Marvin Pruter (Carla) of Wykoff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
