He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Juliar and Rosalia Juliar (Schroeder); and his sister Elaine Heitke. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kruse; his children, Cindy Fawcett (Frank) of Rochester, Randy Juliar (Joni) of Hager City and Denise Withers (Tom) of Red Wing; his grandchildren, Erin (Bob), Kylie (Craig), Jill (Tanner), Brooke (Travis), Chad, Christopher (Mandy) and Patrick (Katie); and his brother Terry Juliar (Nadine) of Shoreview. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
