It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Lee Newman (Red Wing, Minnesota), born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on August 1, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Tony Simanski. She is survived by: her spouse Elmer Newman; her daughters, Sandra Olson, Dusty Peterson and Alisa Newman; her grandchildren, Devontae, Samara, Talus, Avah, Hailey, Rosalie, Tyleah, Logan and Tyler; her mother Katie Simanski; and her siblings, Denise Bargsten (Stanley), Corinna Potvin (Bud) and Glen Simanski (Michelle). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
