Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Tomhave of Red Wing, Minnesota, who passed away at the age of 81, on January 19, 2021. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Charlson of Belle Plaine; his son Daniel Tomhave (Stacy) of Mankato; his grandsons, Tyler and Caleb Tomhave of Mankato; his siblings, Ruth Fulton (Dennis) of Sedona, Arizona and Paul Tomhave (Connie) of Spring Lake; and his nieces and nephews, Daren Tomhave, Randy Charlson, Greg Charlson, Charles Charlson, Teresa Charlson and Lisa Prehn.

Due to COVID 19, a private family service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church in Red Wing with Reverend Peter Sternberg officiating.

“My grandparents were custodians at the school that Mr. Tomhave was principal at so we got to know him very well. With my mother being a single parent for 6 children, Mr. Tomhave was always there for us, whether it be for discipline or for support. He was a very kind and caring man who will be missed by so many!”
