He was predeceased by: his parents, Axel Morency and Lena Morency (Lemmens); and his siblings, Adelorde, Theadore and Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sister Mary Lou; his son John; his stepchildren, Susan Oeltjen (Marti) and David Anderson; his stepgrandchildren, Jeremiah Oeltjen, Jennifer Oeltjen and Joseph Oeltjen (Nikki); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Emili Tebay, Angela Oeltjen, Patience Putzier, Payton Oeltjen and Wyatt Oeltjen.
