She was predeceased by: her parents, Quirin Thums and Marcella Thums; her parents-in-law, Raymond and Florence Allar; and her brother-in-law Gordon Allar.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Allar; her children, Lisa Bowen (John) and Scott Allar; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Gabrielle Bowen and Cole Allar; her siblings, Russell Thums (Barbara), Nancy Huther (Alan), Peggy Hraby (Alan), Donna Zenner (Randy), Jim Thums (Norma), Marsha Klingbeil (Tom), Bill Thums (Gayle), Sue Handel (Doug) and Lori Thums; and her mothers-in-law, Mary Ann Allar and Barb Lucht (Dave).
In memory of Jeanne, memorials may be directed to the Animal Humane Society or Jeanne would ask that you remember someone in need of kindness that only a friend could offer and be that friend to them.
