The passing of Jean Alms of Red Wing, Minnesota, born in Irma, Wisconsin leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 31, 2024 at the age of 77. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Hoffman and Mildred Hoffman (Munro); and her siblings, Don, Phyllis, Harry, Sonny, Arlene and Cora Mae.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Alms; her children, Brenda Thermos (Nick) of Ramsey, Jeffrey Alms of New Richmond, Wis and Michelle Roschen (David) of Goodhue; her grandchildren, Paige Springman (Jake), Mitchell Thermos, Amber, Emily Alms, Caitlin Heisler (Kolton), Morgan Haviland (Nathan) and Carson Roschen; her great grandchildren, Ryder, Paislee, Brynnlee and Blakelee; and her siblings, Alice Braithwaite, Annie Rehwinkel, Roy "Butch" Hoffman and Arleigh Linder.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (421 East Ave, Red Wing, MN 55066). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. John's Cemetery.
Memorials preferred to Mayo Red Wing Oncology and St. Croix Hospice.
