She is survived by: her children, Deborah Fox (James) of Peotone, Pamela Fraser of Amarillo, TX, Cynthia Eddy (Tim) of Morris, Cheryl Seybert (Michael Scott) of Red Wing, MN and Richard Scorby (Susan) of Wilmington, NC; her grandchildren, Adam Fox, Ryan Fox (Amanda), Taylor Fox (Kurt Benninghuff), Ashley Fraser (Curt Demel), Emily Fraser, Erin Fraser, Danielle Cassani (Daniel), Kelen Eddy (Lindsey), Casey Vignali (Jesse) and Chase Seybert (Nada); her great grandchildren, Gabriel Fox, Skyler Fox, Landon Demel, Darien Fincher (Matthew), Keegan Clampitt (Layne Engel), Jadyn Cassani, Harper Vignali and Vivian Seybert; her great great grandchild Oliver Fincher; her sister-in-law Nida Blundell; her nephews, William Blundell (Kathy), Michael Blundell and David Blundell; and her close friend Suzanne Neuman of Streator, IL..
Graveside services will follow in St. Stephens Cemetery in Streator, IL at 2:30 p.m.
Preferred memorials in Hazel's memory may be made as gifts to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or any local hospice organization.
