He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Mewhorter and Edna Mewhorter (Lehman); his siblings, Luverne Mewhorter (Shirley) and Clarice Frank (Don); and his son Daniel Mewhorter.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Much of Zumbrota; his daughter Vicki Steier (Mike) of Zumbrota; his grandchildren, Sheena and Shelby; and his great grandchild Jayden.
