She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Dicke and Anna Dicke (Strusz); her husband Russell Meyer; her siblings, Arlene Hadler, Alvin Dicke (Grace), Lois Klair (Stan), Ruth Alms (Myron), Glenn Dicke (Janet) and Lloyd Dicke (Mary); her brother-in-law Paul Meyer; and her brother Leonard. She was also cherished by her children, her 19 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
