We bid farewell to David E. Nordstrom of Red Wing, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 14, 2025 at the age of 69. David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Nordstrom and Irene Nordstrom (Schmidt). He is survived by: his wife Julianne Freij; and his siblings, Andrea Shelton of St. Paul, MN, Dianne Madson (Larry) of Spring Valley, WI and Daniel Nordstrom. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel (602 Plum St, Red Wing, MN 55066). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
