With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrell L. Mattson of Red Wing, Minnesota, who passed away on March 11, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Mattson and Gail Mattson (Juntunen); and his son Benjamin Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Kim Mattson (Riegelman) of Red Wing; his children, Heather Orth (Benji) of Medford, Wisc, Missy Jennings (Charles) of Goodhue, Shannon Wilder (Joshua) of Topeka, KS and Zachary Johnson (Tricia) of Big Lake; his grandchildren, Jaylyn, Wyatt, Ellie, Evan, Ozlo, Harold and Georgianna Rose; his sister Lynne Severson (Matt) of Mondovi; and his pet LaLa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
