She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Sammelson and Raymond Sammelson; her parents-in-law, Vernon and Vivian Perkins; and her siblings-in-law, Sandy Sammelson and Irwin Rothchild.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Perkins; her children, Brad (Pam), Tom Perkins (Kim) of Red Wing and Cheryl McNary (Jim) of Cannon Falls; her grandchildren, Kayla Perkins (Jess), Jessica Sahli (Lucas), Tim Perkins, Rachael Mollo (Rosario), Megan McNary, Jake Perkins (Kelsey), Samantha Hunter (Kevin) and Matt Perkins; her siblings, Owen Sammelson (Jan), Ruth Rothchild, Robert Sammelson and Jo Johnson (Mark); and her sisters-in-law, Rhoda Rusch (Marlyn) and Carol Draheim (Vern). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, the local food shelf, or donor's favorite charity.
