He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Proulx (Theroux). He is survived by: his father Daniel Proulx; his children, Ryan and Megan; the mother of his children Donna; and his siblings, Mark, Mitchell, Christine, Micah and Martin. He is also survived by spouses and children.
