She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Hoefer (Venticher) and John Hoefer; her husband Ted Schmitz (Palmer Bevolden); her daughters, Bonita Kazmierczak (Tony) and Veronica Kasprowicz (Frank); and her siblings, Andy, Martin, Lawrence, Leo, Dena, Regina, Rose, Philimenia and Helen.
She is survived by: her former spouse Palmer Bevolden; her children, Delbert Schmitz (Eunice), Daniel Schmitz (Mary Lou), Thomas Schmitz (Carol), Theodore Schmitz (Cheri) of Minneola, MN, Pauline Kuznia (Clarence) of Aitkin, Ruth Morrison (Larry) of Detroit Lakes, MN and Dolores Fraire (Mark) of Shelton, WA; her grandchildren, Deanna, Darin, Darcy, Denise, Dion, Wade, Christopher, Jeffrey, Juanita, Carol, Paul, Phillip, Todd, Marla, Aulaire, Garrett, Lacey, Clayton, Charlie and Austin; and her brother Daniel. She is also survived by 41 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ambulance, and Fire Department all of Red Lake Falls, MN.
