He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Gagner and Alice Gagner (Hebert); his daughter Jacqueline; his daughter-in-law Denise Gagner; and his siblings, Lloyd Gagner, Melvin Gagner (Mary), Hilaire Gagner (Florence), Jerome Gagner (Mary), Mary Rose Shaffer, Ida Anderson (John), Betty Ackerson (Stan) and Duane Gagner.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie and Chuck; his wife Merle Braaten; his children, Debra Andvik (Mike), Vickey Parenteau (Steve), Ronnie Gagner (Tracy), Charles Gagner (Marisa), Carolyn Skiles and Bruce Gagner (Julie); his son-in-law Edsel Johnson; his sister Lucy Fitzgerald; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Shaffer and Ann Gagner. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren.
