She is survived by: her husband Ron LaFontaine; her children, Chad Smith (Kristen), Red, Kim LaFontaine, Gail LaFontaine of Menomonie, WI and Ron Middleton (Candace) of Menomonie, WI; her grandchildren, Gillian Glendenning, Olivia, Gracie Fehrman, Valerie Smith, Giada Glendenning, Aleah and Sahara; and her siblings, Marlene Acciari of Brooklyn Park, MN, Kenneth (Deb) and Barbara Middleton of Menomonie, WI. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
