She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelis Ebbenga and Lena Ebbenga (Ackerman); her children, Wendell Schmidt and Debbie Schmidt; her son-in-law Jerry "Jerk" Rogers; her grandsons, Mike Schmidt, Donnley Schmidt and Jon Schmidt; and her siblings, Richard Ebbenga, Peter Ebbenga, Margaret Revel and Kathrine Ebbenga.
She is survived by: her daughter Ethel Rogers of Reading, MN; her daughter-in-law Verla Wheeler of Reading, MN; her grandsons, Todd Rogers (Jackie), Jeff Rogers (Ann), Tim Rogers (Melissa) and Brad Schmidt; and her great grandchildren, Blake Rogers, Nolan Rogers, Katie Rogers and Ben Rogers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
