He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Johnson; his daughters, Leiah and Hailey; his wife Deb of Raymond; his siblings, Mike Arends (Julie) of Pennock and Deb Bush (Jeff) of Raymond; his nieces and nephews, Courtney (A. J.), Whitney, Lauren, Cody and Colton; his parents-in-law, Dale and Judy Johnson of Willmar; and his sister-in-law Kim Dixon (Tyson) of Lock Haven, PA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
