He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Delores Hagemeyer and Stan Boonstra. He is survived by: his wife Katie; his son Jack; his parents, Don Boonstra and Julie Boonstra of Raymond; his siblings, Joel Boonstra (Hilary) of Prinsburg, Heather and Thielen of Clara City; his nieces and nephews, Quinn, Brooks and Hayden Boonstra; and his grandparents, Clifton Hagemeyer of Clara City and Wilma Boonstra of Raymond. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
