He was predeceased by: his parents, Falko Beekman and Frances Beekman (Ulferts); his daughter Debra Newhouse; his grandchildren, Andrew Newhouse and Elizabeth Newhouse; his great grandchild Myra Ahrenholz; his siblings, Darlene Beekman, Daniel Beekman and Dale Beekman; and his sister-in-law Irma Beekman.
