He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Ruschen and Bertha Ruschen (Tebben); his sister Grace; his brother-in-law Paul Hanson; and his nephew Larry Hanson.
He is survived by: his wife Harriet Meyer; and his children, Steven Ruschen (Linda) of Clara City, James Ruschen (Gaye) of Wichita, KS, David Ruschen (Jolene) of Raymond, Paulette Kooistra (Don) of Grandville, MI and Joel Ruschen (Jina) of Raymond. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchilden and other relatives and friends.
