He was predeceased by: his parents, Egbert U. Brouwer and Trena Brouwer (Meyer); and his siblings, Ivan V. Brouwer and Melinda Evink. He is survived by: his wife Eunice Ahrenholz; his grandchildren, Kresson Gruthusen (David) of Dyer, IN, Tyler (Madison), Jordan, Talia Gruthusen, Jeffrey Brouwer (Angie) of Raymond, Ryan (Mary), Ethan, Isaac, Ashlyn Brouwer, Jason Brouwer (Kim) of Raymond, Kennedy (Aaron Zwart), Erin Brouwer, Nathan Brouwer (Sari) of Minneapolis, Alivia and Ty Brouwer; his siblings, Julius Brouwer (Rosie) of Raymond, Del Brouwer (Marcia) of Spicer, Ida Sterk (Roger) of Grand Rapids, MI and Grace Vos (Ken) of Rio Verde, AZ; and his siblings-in-law, Jan Nelson (Richard) of Willmar and Dave Evink of Hancock. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Central Minnesota Christian School in Prinsburg.
