He was predeceased by: his brother Ray Anthony Wagner; and his brother-in-law Danny Stolhand. He is survived by: his parents, Lloyd Wagner and Veronica Wagner (Orton); his husband Noble Stolhand of St. Cloud; his siblings, Trisha Pallavicini (Sergio) of Houston, TX, Ricky Wagner of Houston, TX and James Wagner (Liz) of Houston, TX; his parents-in-law, Fred and Mary Stolhand; and his siblings-in-law, Darrell Wagner (Rhonda) of Ponca City, OK and Peggy Peters (Tim) of Ponca City, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
