With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randy Joel Mattsen of Ray, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on July 3, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thorvald Mattsen and Rigmor Mattsen; his sister Marcia; and his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Morgan and Ken Solom.

He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his children, Shane (Jenny) and Kelly (Brandon); his grandchildren, Tyler, Emma, Halie, Alex, Wesly, Cole, Milo, Evan and Zachary; and his great grandchild Owen.
