He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVon Thompson and Joe Thompson; his father-in-law Jim Ferguson; his brother Mike; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Thompson and Brian Glasbrenner.
He is survived by: his children, Matt Thompson (Jess Lundeen) and Kelsey Thompson (Matt Perpich); his grandson Jack; his wife Teri Thompson (Ferguson); his siblings, Lynn Gilligan (Greg), Steve Thompson (Colleen), Tammy Mason (Mike), Mark Thompson (Linnea), Carl Thompson and Mary Thompson; and his parents-in-law, Judy Ferguson, Tami Glasbrenner, Rob Ferguson (Jean), Ritchie Ferguson and Randy Ferguson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In honor of Randy's service with the US Army, memorial contributions will be directed to a veteran's organization.
