He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Otte and Pauline Otte (Schmidt); and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Karen Marie Childs; his children, Blake (Chicky) of Randolph, Michelle Carr (Chris) of Arlington and Derek (Amy) of Randolph; his grandchildren, Tyler (Kelsey), Bret (Kayla), Eric (Laura Church), Matthew, Allison, Mackenna, Imogen, Paige, Tenley and Briggs; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Jaxson and Kinsley; his sisters, Carol Goda of Crystal and Judy Felton (Tom) of Ramsey; and his sister-in-law Arlene Dack of Northfield. He is also survived by other family members; and friends.
