He is survived by: his mother Carol VanDam; his stepfather Gary (Jennifer Thotland); his siblings, Tonya Erickson (Mark), Joani Pettow (Brian) and Joe VanDam; his children, Heather Calhoun (Kern), Ashley Canaca (Cesar), Lindsey Thotland and Spencor Thotland; and his grandchildren, Landon, Jaelyn, Lucas, Coraline, Lila, Iris and Isaiah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
