She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Calkins and Bonneviere Calkins; her husband James Burton Lyle; and her brother Richard Calkins. She is survived by: her children, John Burton Lyle of Seattle, Washington and Dr. Ann Rethlefsen (John) of Winona, Minnesota; her granddaughters, Melissa Rethlefsen (James Moriarty) of Gainesville, Florida and Carrie Schneider (Brian) of Golden Valley, Minnesota; and her great grandchildren, Adam Moriarty Rethlefsen and Rylen Elysia Schneider. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
