He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Kingbird, Sr.; and his brothers, Jeremy Kingbird, Sr., Conrad Kingbird, Sr., John Prentice and Mike Roy.
He is survived by: his mother Carol May; his child Wenona; his wife Wenona Kingbird; his children, John Little Bear Kingbird, Sadie Christine Kingbird, Amayah Jo Littlewolf (Adam Daoust), Aazhide-Giizhig Eunice Kingbird and River Sonny-James Kingbird; his siblings, Kendall Kingbird (Star Kingbird), Jason Kingbird (Autumn Keahna), Randy Kingbird (Tera), Jordan Kingbird, Jerry Kingbird, Jr., Melinda Kingbird and Ashley Neadeau; his grandson Biitwaanakwad Hale; and his brothers, Eagle Tail Singers, Eyabay Singers and Ron Kingbird. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and relatives.
