It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Louise Goemer of Prior Lake, Minnesota, born in Shakopee, Minnesota, who passed away on May 27, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregory Hartmann and Marie Hartmann (Plourde); her husband Bertrand A. Goemer; and her children, Glen, Lee and Carol Sulik.
She is survived by: her children, Gene Goemer (Nancy), Lisa Goemer (Pete Highum) and Laura Nelson (Mark); and her children-in-law, Mike Sulik and Cathy Goemer. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Diabetes Association.
