He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Flicek and Anna Flicek (Horesji); and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Blaskowski, Ken Koppes, Joe Vogele and Ballard-Sunder.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Suess; his son Christopher Thomas Flicek; his siblings, Kathy Koppes, Pat Blaskowski, Chuck Flicek (Adria), Marty Flicek (Cinthy), Barbara Bohnsack (Richard), Joe Flicek and Ann Chromy; and his sister-in-law Suzanne Voegle. He is also survived by his six godchildren, many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
