He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Veldhuis and Johanna Maria Veldhuis (Rosens). He is survived by: his wife Alberta "Betty" Veldhuis; his children, Bonnie Lund (Jeff) and Mark Veldhuis (Karen); his grandchildren, Corinne Gordon (Josh), Alex Veldhuis (Ashli), Stephanie Veldhuis and Kaitlin Lund; his great grandchildren, Callum, Grayden Gordon and Tatum Veldhuis; and his brothers, Antone, Gerard, Marinus and Henk Veldhuis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be distributed to charities by Ted's family.
