He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ron Machir (Ona); and his cousins, Taylor Ruths and Jax Hawxby. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Ruths and Paula Ruths (Machir); his son Easton; his brother Travis Ruths (Emily); his nieces and nephews, Eva and Turner; his grandfather Bob Ruths (Connie); his aunts and uncles, Todd Ruths (Michelle), Ron Machir (Deb), Penny Hawxby (Danny), Pam West (Randy) and Patty Robinson (Kris); and his pet Chance. He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives, friends.
