With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sara Nell Swanson of Prior Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on February 8, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Einar Martinson and Olga Martinson; and her siblings, John Martinson, Suann Martinson and David Martinson.
She is survived by: her husband Richard W. Swanson; her sons, Lee Swanson (Monica), Todd Swanson (Diane) and Dave Swanson (Wendy); her grandchildren, Serena Birkeland (Ike), Jesse Swanson, Annika Swanson, Nicole Swanson, Hannah Swanson, Brendan Swanson and Alyssa Swanson; and her sister Priscilla Olson.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ballard-Sunder Funeral & Cremation (4565 Pleasant St SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372).
