He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Balow and Florence Balow (Lager); and his siblings, Eilene Deming and Robert Balow. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his daughters, Susan O'Connor (Joe) and Kristin Giles (Dan); his grandchildren, Ian O'Connor, Caitlin Giles, Colin O'Connor, Ryan O'Connor and Logan Giles; and his brothers, Eugene (Alvina) and Jim Balow (Mary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
