He is survived by: his wife Donna Ballantyne; his daughters, Shelley Moen (Bryan) and Shawn Gombos (Jim Noonan); and his grandchildren, Taylor Gombos, Lindsay Bender and Katie Moen (Decker Geddes). He is also survived by family members are 1 brother and 1 sister, a stepbrother and stepsister, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
