Dvorak of Prior Lake, Minnesota, born in New Prague, Minnesota, who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton J. Dvorak, and Lydia M. Dvorak, Jr. (Pavlicek). He is survived by: his wife Pamela of Prior Lake; his children, Anton of Prior Lake, Antonia Dvorak (Mark Maher) of Prior Lake, Andrew of Prior Lake, Alexander of Prior Lake and Auston of Prior Lake; his granddaughter Melody Rose; and his sister Anita Dvorak of New Prague.
