He is survived by: his parents, Melrose Schnackenberg and Selma Schnackenberg (Arndt); his wife Catherine; his children, Heidi, Melrose "Ben" Schnackenberg (Susan) and Joe Schnackenberg (Kelsey); his grandchildren, Riley Prettyman (Henry), Paige Radach, Cooper Schnackenberg, Ella Schnackenberg, Gracie Schnackenberg, Baylor Schnackenberg and Melrose Schnackenberg; his cousin Karen Hill; his friend Dr. Mel Peaslee; his siblings, Marlys Tetris, Lorne, Dean and Arlen Schnackenberg; and his friend Wally McCarthy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
