We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2022, at the age of 86, Lois Joanne (Sessions) Merkel of Prior Lake, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Don; her parents, Cloice Sessions and Stella Sessions; and her sisters, Mary Ellen, Betty O'Brien (Joe) and Dorothy Lee (Wayne).

She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Merkel (Sheryl), Todd Merkel and Greg Merkel (Sheri); her grandchildren, Ryan and Jennifer; and her brother Robert Sessions.
