He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann Madison; his sons, Jeff and Jeffrey Ray (JayAnn); his grandchildren, Karlie Neubert (Cole), Kensie Ray and Brynna Ray; his son Kevin Ray (Alicia); his grandchildren, Victoria, Nicole and Daniella; his son David Ray (Amanda); his grandchildren, Anastasia, Alexander and Adilynn; and his siblings, Larry Ray, Leslie Ray (Kay), Beverly Wright (Timothy) and Bryce Ray (Charlotte). He is also survived by other loving relatives and devoted friends.
