He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his sons, Mike and John; and his grandchildren, Bobby Homyak, Jackie Villalpando and Katherine Holshouser.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert (Darlene) and Dave (Patty); his daughter-in-law Joann Homyak; his grandchildren, Brett, Jim, Sheri, Mick, Tari, Andy, Paul, Diana, Chris, Pat and Ben; his great grandchildren, Tricia, Kaela, Nick, Saera, Austin, Zachary, Taylor, Brianne, Jimmy, Joey, Jasmine, Preston, Shawn, Kaylyn and Ethan; and his great great grandchildren, Aurora, Ethan, Jacob, Annika, Makenna, Niko, Cyrus, Benton, Lincoln, Owen and Audra.
