We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2021, at the age of 88, John Franklin Lay (Prior Lake, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Keith Lay and Gladys Lay; his wife Merna; his children, Julie (Wayne Baumgart) and David (Dianne); and his grandsons, Andrew Baumgart, Matthew Baumgart (Angela) and Justin Baumgart (Kendyl). He was also cherished by 8 great grandchildren.
