He was predeceased by: his parents, Butch Schmidt and Arlene Schmidt; his sister Ann Louise Schmidt; his nephew Jon Schmidt; and his brother-in-law Doug Berg.
He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Schmidt (Pat), Curt Schmidt, Lyle Schmidt, Chris Berg and Lori Heinz (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (5634 Luther Rd SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Paul's Lutheran Church (5634 Luther Rd SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be distributed by the family on behalf of Buck's honor.
