He was predeceased by: his grandson Zachary; his parents, Howard Sr. and Frances; and his brother Rev. David. He is survived by: his wife Pat; and his children, Howard III (Patty), Christopher, Brian (Lisa), Wendy List (Doug), Jennifer Flannery (Kent) and Kelly. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and 2 on the way; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
